Our mediators are all experienced solicitors with over 50 years of dispute resolution experience between them. They have been trained by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) or ADR Group, the two leading mediation training bodies in the UK.

Our mediators travel nationally for mediation work, but if a neutral venue is required we are able to offer access to our suite of mediation rooms located close to Peterborough railway station. There is no additional fee for use of this venue.

Our appointments come from:

  • firms of solicitors who are acting on behalf of clients
  • clients acting in person without lawyers
  • business directors and entrepreneurs as well as
  • sector specific professionals such as insolvency practitioners and accountants.

Over 85% of our mediations settle on the day. Of those that do not settle on the day, over half then settle within the following 14 days.

We are able to find solutions acceptable to all parties through the skills of our mediators who apply their practical experience to the situations the parties find themselves in. We replace confrontation with exploration and constructive negotiation. We look for solutions far beyond the terms that a court could ever order.

Our mediators subscribe to and are bound by the European Code of Conduct for Mediators. You may review and download a copy of the code here.
