Paul trained as a mediator with CEDR, qualifying in 2004.
Paul is a regionally prominent dispute resolution solicitor specialising in property and trusts disputes. Paul has over 20 years experience in dispute resolution and has an understated approach to keeping it simple and looking for the “quick wins”. Acting for multinational organisations as well as individuals, Paul is very aware of the need to manage the emotion often held by parties, as well as focussing on the legal and practical aspects.
Paul is a passionate mediator, having seen the benefits it can bring to parties who are often weary of the costs, emotional investment and risks inherent in litigation. Paul has experience of contract disputes, property disputes (including boundary disputes) and probate disputes. Paul has also undertaken time limited mediations.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and as a solicitor advocate in 2006.
